Refund & Cancellation Policy

Most of MockSutra is free: mock tests, previous year papers, current affairs and typing practice carry no charge. This policy covers everything sold on MockSutra: paid test series and plans (such as the PPSC Senior Assistant 2026 Test Series), the printed PPSC previous-year-question book, and its online reader.

Once payment is complete, the purchase is final and no refund is issued. This is because a paid series grants immediate access to downloadable question papers and solutions, which cannot be returned once obtained.

If a series is advertised with a stated number of tests and we fail to publish them within 90 days of your purchase, you may request a proportionate refund for the tests not delivered. Write to us within 30 days of that period ending. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

If you are charged more than once for the same series, or money is deducted but access is not granted, contact us with your Payment ID. Verified duplicate or failed-transaction charges are refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Where a bank takes longer to post the credit, it may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement.

A paid series cannot be cancelled once payment is complete, as access is granted immediately. Before paying you may leave the checkout at any point; nothing is charged and no seat is reserved until payment completes.

Some series are sold to a limited number of students. If the batch fills while you are paying, the payment is refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days and no access is granted.

Delivery is included in the price. We currently deliver to Punjab, Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days; the tracking number is sent to the mobile number on the order. If we cannot deliver to your PIN code, the order is cancelled and refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days.

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, or the parcel is lost in transit, write to us within 7 daysof delivery (or of the expected delivery date for a lost parcel) with your order details and, for damage, a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost or, if a replacement isn’t possible, refund you in full within 5 to 7 business days.

You can cancel a book order for a full refund until it is dispatched. Once dispatched, an undamaged book cannot be returned, because it includes access to the online reader from the moment of purchase.

The online reader gives immediate access to its content, so a digital purchase is final once payment completes, except for duplicate or failed charges (see above).

Payments are processed by Razorpay. MockSutra never receives your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank password; we keep only the order ID, payment ID, amount and status. Refunds, where approved under this policy, are returned only to the original payment method.
