MockSutra provides free mock tests, previous year question papers, syllabus information and related study material for Indian government recruitment exams. Some products are paid: test series / plans, and the printed PPSC previous-year-question book with its online reader. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A paid test series or plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for the period and scope shown at purchase; sharing an account or redistributing paid content ends that licence. Refunds, cancellations, shipping and replacements are covered by our Refund & Delivery Policy.

MockSutra is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any recruitment board or government body, including RSSB/RSMSSB, Punjab Police, PSSSB, SSC or any other authority. Our content is for preparation only. Always rely on the official notification and official website for authoritative exam information. We do not guarantee selection, scores or any specific outcome.

You sign in with your mobile number and an OTP. You must be 18 or older, or use the Service with a parent or guardian’s consent. Keep access to your phone secure — activity under your account is your responsibility. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

You agree not to misuse the service — including scraping or bulk-copying content, attempting to disrupt the site, reselling or redistributing our material, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

MockSutra’s original content, design and compilations are protected and provided for your personal exam preparation. Previous year questions originate from the respective examination authorities and are reproduced for educational use. You may use the material for your own preparation but not for commercial redistribution.

We work hard to match official patterns and verify answers against official keys, but errors can still occur. Content may be updated or corrected at any time. If you spot a mistake, please report it so we can fix it.

We may modify the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

To the extent permitted by law, MockSutra is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, or from reliance on its content for exam decisions. Always verify critical details against official sources.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Complaints about the Service, content or a purchase can be sent to our Grievance Officer at support@mocksutra.com or +91 94789 89796. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
