IBPS PO call letters are released online only — no hard copy is sent by post. Candidates download each call letter (Pre-exam Training / Prelims / Mains / Interview) from www.ibps.in using their registration number and password / date of birth.

How to Download — Step by Step
Visit www.ibps.in and open the CRP PO/MT-XVI call-letter link.
Enter your registration number and password / date of birth.
Download and print the call letter and the Information Handout.
Scribe candidates must also download and fill the scribe declaration form separately.

Exam Day Checklist
Must Carry
- Printed call letter (Prelims call letter must be retained, authenticated, for the Mains)
- One valid photo ID in original + self-attested photocopy (PAN / Passport / Driving Licence / Voter ID / Aadhaar / Bank Passbook)
- One additional recent photograph (same as pasted on the call letter)
- Scribe declaration form, where applicable
Prohibited
- Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, smart watches, cameras
- Calculators, log tables, scales, pen drives, any electronic/storage device
- Any stationery, ornaments or eatables; Ration Card and Learner's Licence are not valid ID
Reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before reporting time. Late entry is not permitted. Any prohibited item found during frisking may lead to disqualification.
