SBI Clerk call letters are released online only — no hard copy of the call letter or 'Acquaint Yourself' booklet is sent by post. Candidates download each call letter (Preliminary / Main) from SBI's careers website using their registration number and password/date of birth, tentatively from 10 days before the exam date. The Preliminary call letter is NOT collected at the venue — it is stamped by centre staff and must be retained and produced again at the Main Examination.

How to Download — Step by Step
Visit https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings and open the Special Recruitment drive for Junior Associates 2026 call-letter link.
Enter your registration number and password / date of birth.
Download and print the call letter along with the 'Acquaint Yourself' booklet.
Paste your photograph (same as uploaded) on the call letter and keep two additional copies of the same photograph ready.

Exam Day Checklist
Must Carry
- Printed call letter with photograph pasted — candidates reporting without the pasted photograph are not allowed to appear
- One valid photo ID (Passport / Aadhaar / PAN / Driving Licence / Voter's Card / Bank Passbook with attested photo / School-College ID / Gazetted Officer certificate) in original plus a self-attested photocopy
- Two additional photographs, same as pasted on the call letter
- At the Main Exam: the stamped Preliminary call letter (with authenticated ID-proof copy) plus the Main call letter and other requisite documents
- Scribe undertaking form with the scribe's photograph, where applicable (collected during the Preliminary Exam)
Prohibited
- Mobile phones, pagers, smart watches or any communication devices — infringement cancels candidature and can bring a ban from future examinations; safekeeping is not assured at the venue
- Calculators — not permitted in possession anywhere in the examination premises
- Any external matter like mehandi, ink or chemical on the hands — thumb impression / IRIS biometric verification is captured, and inconsistency leads to rejection
Reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before reporting time. Late entry is not permitted. Any prohibited item found during frisking may lead to disqualification.
