Anjum Chopra and Kevin Pietersen Inducted into ICC Hall of Fame

The ICC inducted former India women's captain Anjum Chopra and former England captain Kevin Pietersen into the ICC Hall of Fame during its Annual Conference in Edinburgh, Scotland, taking total inductees to 125. Anjum Chopra became the 3rd Indian woman (after Diana Edulji and Neetu David) and 13th Indian overall. She was the first Indian woman to play 100 ODIs and reach 1,000 ODI runs, and received the Padma Shri in 2014.

He finished runner-up with 7 points from 9 rounds, defeating USA's FM Kannan Vaidyanathan with the black pieces in the final round. Abhijeet Gupta won the tournament. Aswath is also Tamil Nadu's 38th Grandmaster. The Grandmaster title is awarded by FIDE and requires three GM norms and a 2500 FIDE rating.
