Dilip Asbe, MD & CEO of NPCI, was appointed to the Supervisory Board of SWIFT as the body transitions from a single-tier board to a two-tier governance structure (Supervisory Board + Management Board). The Supervisory Board will have 12 members (expandable to 15) — eight shareholder-affiliated and four independent directors — strengthening India's voice in global financial messaging.
