India and Seychelles signed nine agreements spanning UPI/digital payments, healthcare, extradition, shipping and space, plus a Rs 1,250 crore umbrella line of credit routed through EXIM Bank, with 19 total outcomes aimed at making the Indian Ocean Region an 'Ocean of Opportunity'.
