The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) granted perpetual Authorised Dealer Category-II (AD-II) licences to Niyo Forex (operating via Kanji Forex Pvt Ltd) and GlobalPay (WSFx Global Pay Ltd) under the updated FEMA 2026 regulations. The licences allow the fintechs to scale cross-border payments, family maintenance remittances and non-trade current-account transactions, and to expand their branch networks without additional RBI approval.
