Strategy
How to prepare
- 1Prioritise Punjab GK — History, Geography, Culture and Economy of Punjab carry the heaviest weight in the 35-mark General Awareness section.
- 2Since there is no negative marking, attempt all 100 questions in Paper-I — never leave blanks.
- 3Treat Paper-II (Punjabi) as a guaranteed qualifier: 50% is the bar, so secure it early and put extra hours into Paper-I merit topics.
- 4Quant and Reasoning together are 40 marks — build speed on Simplification, Percentages, Series and Direction questions.
- 5Practice full-length CBT-style mocks under timed conditions to handle the 2-hour, 100-question Paper-I comfortably.
- 6Revise polity (Constitution, Legislature, Executive, Judiciary, Local Government) and stay current with Punjab and national affairs.
